Where can I download Conceiva?

Conceiva is available on the App Store for iPhone. Tap Get the app on the home page, or open the App Store link directly.

How does Conceiva use my Oura data?

With your explicit consent, Conceiva imports daily readiness temperature data you already recorded from your Oura account and shows it alongside the cycle history you log, helping inform your fertile window and cycle chart. Conceiva imports data from Oura's API; it does not control any device or hardware. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I link or unlink my Oura account?

You can link your Oura account from within Conceiva using Oura's secure sign-in. To unlink, open Conceiva's settings and remove the Oura import, or revoke access from your Oura account at cloud.ouraring.com. When you unlink, we delete the Oura-derived data we hold.

How do I export my data?

In the app, go to Settings → Your data → Export my data. Conceiva builds a structured JSON copy of the data stored on your device and lets you save or share it. If you have trouble, email us and we'll help.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This wipes your on-device data, deletes the research copy and refund record we hold, gives your install a new identifier, and files a request to erase the analytics and reminder records tied to your install. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone). Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Does Conceiva guarantee I'll get pregnant?

No. Conceiva is a wellness and educational app that helps you understand your cycle and time things thoughtfully. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it cannot guarantee conception. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for fertility or medical questions.
